A dense, grounding truffle built on 72% dark chocolate and toasted black sesame. Finished with smoked sea salt and a whisper of vetiver.
The Anchor
White chocolate, elderflower, lemon verbena
A cloud-light ganache of white chocolate and elderflower cordial, brightened with lemon verbena and a dusting of edible silver.
The Dreamer
Chili dark chocolate, saffron, cardamom
A bold, warming ganache of chili-infused dark chocolate with saffron and cardamom. Heat builds slowly, then blooms.
The Catalyst
Sea salt caramel, blue spirulina, coconut
A flowing salted caramel center with blue spirulina and toasted coconut. Fluid, adaptive, and deeply nourishing.
The Empath
Violet, honey, gold leaf
A luminous ganache of violet and raw honey, crowned with 24k gold leaf. The rarest of the collection — reserved for moments of ceremony.
The Mystic
Activated charcoal, blackberry, dark rum
A midnight-dark ganache of activated charcoal and blackberry, finished with a splash of aged dark rum. What hides in the dark is often the most honest.
