The Beginning
Born from a Rejected Gesture
Personality Bites was born from a simple, rejected gesture. While working at a previous company, founder Chris Kelley wanted to gift associates a custom cookie representing a specific personality quality within themselves — a trait they wished they could share with others.
Told by superiors that it was a "waste of time," that dismissal became the catalyst for something much deeper. Instead of abandoning the idea, Chris transformed it into a mission: to prove that what makes us complex, layered, and deeply human is worth celebrating.
